Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital service — no physical returns

Sprawl ("we," "us," or "our") is a digital, software-as-a-service product delivered over the internet. There are no physical goods to ship or return. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Sprawl subscriptions and usage credits. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Try before you pay

Every plan starts with a free 14-day trial — no credit card required. We encourage you to use the trial to confirm Sprawl fits your workflow before you enter any payment information.

Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing settings at sprawl.to/billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Subscription fees that have already been billed are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods after a cancellation.

Credits

Sprawl meters usage in credits (included with your plan, plus optional one-time credit packs). Consistent with our Terms of Service, credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, whether included in a plan or purchased as a one-time pack. Unused plan credits do not carry an independent cash value.

Billing errors and unauthorized charges

We want every charge to be correct. If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or a charge you did not authorize — contact us within 30 days at support@sprawl.to. We review every request in good faith and will correct genuine billing errors, which may include a refund of the affected amount at our discretion.

How to cancel

Sign in and open sprawl.to/billing to cancel your subscription or manage your plan. Payments are processed by Stripe; you can also manage your subscription through the Stripe billing portal linked from your account.
